Melissa offers free 15 minute consultations as an introduction. Selecting a professional who you relate to and can meet your personalized needs is hugely important to your journey.
Individual Sessions
$150 per Session
Melissa conducts 50 minute virtual sessions in order to cater to busy professionals, parents and/or care partners who may not have the flexibility in their day to travel to a physical office.
I can accept major credit cards as well as HSA/FSA cards.
I accept Optum/United Healthcare/UMR health insurance.
Couples/Family Sessions
$200 per Session
Melissa conducts virtual sessions with couples and families. The preference is for the group to be in one location if possible.
